These Terms of Service, hereinafter referred to as the **“Terms”** or **“Agreement”**, govern access to and use of **Astra Terminal**, including the Telegram interface, Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, web pages, documentation, analytical features, trading interface, AI features, notifications, integrations, third-party links, and any other related products, services, or features of Astra Terminal.

In these Terms, the terms **“Astra Terminal,” “Service,” “Platform,” “Interface,” “we,” “us,”** and **“our”** refer to Astra Terminal and its developers, owners, operators, administrators, contractors, and any other persons involved in the development, maintenance, or provision of the Service.

The terms **“User,” “you,”** and **“your”** refer to any person who accesses Astra Terminal, uses the Service, interacts with the Telegram bot, connects a wallet, signs messages or transactions, views the interface, uses AI features, follows third-party links, or otherwise interacts with Astra Terminal.

By using Astra Terminal in any way, you confirm that you:

* have read these Terms;
* fully understand these Terms;
* accept these Terms in full;
* accept all risks associated with digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, Hyperliquid, DeFi protocols, Telegram, third-party services, and AI tools;
* use Astra Terminal solely at your own risk.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using Astra Terminal.

### 1. Status of Astra Terminal

Astra Terminal is solely a user interface created to provide convenient interaction with the Hyperliquid protocol through Telegram and related technical interfaces.

Astra Terminal provides users with its own design, user experience, interface elements, Telegram integration, analytical features, notifications, statistics, and other technical tools that make interaction with Hyperliquid infrastructure more convenient.

Astra Terminal is not:

* a cryptocurrency exchange;
* a broker;
* a dealer;
* an investment platform;
* a financial institution;
* a bank;
* a payment service;
* a custodial service;
* an asset manager;
* a market maker;
* a digital asset operator;
* a currency exchange operator;
* a liquidity provider;
* a financial advisor;
* an investment advisor;
* a tax advisor;
* a legal advisor.

Astra Terminal does not accept user funds, does not custody user funds, does not manage user funds, and does not act as a party to any trading activity.

All trades, orders, positions, liquidations, deposits, withdrawals, signatures, transactions, and other actions involving digital assets are performed by the User independently through Hyperliquid infrastructure, wallets, blockchain networks, and other third-party services.

### 2. Independent Interface for Hyperliquid

Astra Terminal is built as an independent interface for interacting with Hyperliquid.

Astra Terminal:

* does not own Hyperliquid;
* does not operate Hyperliquid;
* does not control Hyperliquid;
* is not part of the Hyperliquid team;
* is not an official Hyperliquid product unless expressly stated otherwise;
* does not represent Hyperliquid;
* does not act on behalf of Hyperliquid;
* is not responsible for the operation of Hyperliquid;
* does not control Hyperliquid’s trading infrastructure;
* does not control Hyperliquid’s rules, fees, orders, liquidations, mechanics, APIs, smart contracts, validators, oracles, or any other components.

Any reference to Hyperliquid is used solely to describe Astra Terminal’s technical compatibility with the relevant protocol and infrastructure.

All rights to Hyperliquid, including names, technologies, trademarks, software, documentation, infrastructure, and other intellectual property, belong to their respective owners.

The User understands that using Astra Terminal does not mean using an official Hyperliquid product unless otherwise expressly stated by official Hyperliquid sources.

### 3. Non-Custodial Nature of the Service

Astra Terminal is a non-custodial interface.

Astra Terminal does not store, receive, or control users’ digital assets.

Astra Terminal has no access to:

* private keys;
* seed phrases;
* recovery phrases;
* wallet passwords;
* bank cards;
* User funds;
* the ability to dispose of User assets;
* the ability to transfer User assets;
* the ability to freeze or unfreeze User assets;
* the ability to cancel User transactions;
* the ability to modify User trades after they are made;
* the ability to restore access to a User’s wallet.

Astra Terminal does not create internal user balances and does not maintain custodial accounts.

All User assets remain under the control of the User, the User’s wallet, protocols, and blockchain infrastructure with which the User interacts.

The User is solely responsible for the security of their wallet, device, Telegram account, private keys, seed phrase, passwords, API keys, confirmation codes, two-factor authentication, and any other access credentials.

### 4. Signatures, Wallet Permissions, and Transactions

To use certain functions of Astra Terminal, the User may connect a wallet, sign messages, sign transactions, grant permissions, confirm actions, create orders, cancel orders, open positions, close positions, modify position parameters, or perform other actions.

**The User independently grants wallet permissions and bears full responsibility for all signed transactions.**

Any signature confirmed by the User through a wallet, Telegram interface, external interface, third-party service, or any other authorization mechanism shall be deemed to have been made by the User voluntarily, knowingly, and under the User’s full responsibility.

Astra Terminal cannot sign transactions on behalf of the User.

Astra Terminal cannot force the User to sign any transaction.

Astra Terminal cannot cancel a transaction after it has been signed and submitted to the relevant network, protocol, or infrastructure.

Before signing, the User is solely responsible for verifying:

* addresses;
* amounts;
* fees;
* operation type;
* position size;
* leverage;
* order parameters;
* trade direction;
* margin parameters;
* approvals;
* permissions;
* liquidation risk;
* trading pair;
* wallet data;
* protocol data;
* any other action parameters.

The User understands that an incorrect signature may result in loss of funds, liquidation of a position, erroneous trade execution, inability to reverse an action, or other negative consequences.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for any consequences of messages, transactions, approvals, permissions, orders, or other actions signed by the User.

### 5. Deposit, Withdrawal, and Third-Party Exchange Services

The Astra Terminal interface may include sections such as **“Deposit,” “Withdraw,” “Top Up,” “Buy USDC,” “Sell USDC,”** or similar sections.

Such sections may contain a button, link, or other element redirecting the User to a third-party exchange service, including **Pocket Exchange**.

Astra Terminal does not own Pocket Exchange.

Astra Terminal:

* does not operate Pocket Exchange;
* does not control Pocket Exchange;
* is not the operator of Pocket Exchange;
* is not a payment agent of Pocket Exchange;
* is not an exchange service;
* does not accept fiat payments;
* does not process bank cards;
* does not sell USDC;
* does not buy USDC;
* does not exchange currencies;
* does not conduct Pocket Exchange’s KYC/AML procedures;
* does not control Pocket Exchange’s exchange rates;
* does not control Pocket Exchange’s fees;
* does not control Pocket Exchange’s order processing times;
* is not responsible for the actions of Pocket Exchange;
* is not responsible for errors, delays, blocks, refusals, checks, fees, losses, or any other consequences of using Pocket Exchange.

A button or link inside Astra Terminal only redirects the User to the external website or external interface of Pocket Exchange.

After accessing Pocket Exchange, the User interacts with an independent third-party service and must independently review its terms of use, privacy policy, exchange rules, fees, AML/KYC procedures, limits, refund terms, and other documents.

Any operations involving Russian bank cards, fiat payments, USDC, purchases, sales, exchanges, or withdrawals through Pocket Exchange are carried out exclusively between the User and Pocket Exchange.

Astra Terminal is not a party to such operations and is not responsible for any consequences of using Pocket Exchange.

### 6. Third-Party Services

Astra Terminal may contain links, buttons, integrations, APIs, widgets, redirects, data, or other elements related to third-party services.

Third-party services may include:

* Hyperliquid;
* Pocket Exchange;
* Telegram;
* wallets;
* RPC providers;
* API providers;
* blockchain networks;
* blockchain explorers;
* analytics services;
* hosting providers;
* data providers;
* notification providers;
* other external platforms.

Astra Terminal does not control third-party services and is not responsible for:

* their availability;
* their security;
* their terms of use;
* their fees;
* their proper operation;
* their errors;
* their delays;
* their restrictions;
* their decisions;
* their changes;
* their data processing;
* their AML/KYC procedures;
* their compliance procedures;
* their technical failures;
* their actions or omissions.

The User uses any third-party services solely at their own risk.

### 7. Trading Risks

The User understands that trading digital assets, perpetual futures, derivatives, margin instruments, leveraged instruments, and other high-risk instruments involves significant risk.

The User may lose part or all of their funds.

Risks include, but are not limited to:

* sharp market volatility;
* liquidation of positions;
* total loss of margin;
* price slippage;
* insufficient liquidity;
* inability to execute an order;
* partial order execution;
* execution at a price different from the expected price;
* execution delays;
* market data errors;
* interface errors;
* API errors;
* oracle errors;
* market manipulation;
* technical failures;
* network congestion;
* smart contract errors;
* validator failures;
* attacks on protocols;
* force majeure events;
* regulatory actions;
* sanctions restrictions;
* service blocking;
* user errors.

The User confirms that they understand that past performance, historical profitability, statistics, charts, technical analysis, AI analytics, the behavior of other users, or market data do not guarantee future profit.

The User independently makes all trading decisions and bears full responsibility for their consequences.

### 8. Hyperliquid and Blockchain Infrastructure Risks

The User understands that Astra Terminal provides an interface for interacting with Hyperliquid and related blockchain infrastructure.

Use of such infrastructure may involve risks, including:

* protocol error risk;
* smart contract error risk;
* L1 network risk;
* network unavailability risk;
* consensus failure risk;
* validator error risk;
* oracle manipulation risk;
* insufficient liquidity risk;
* slippage risk;
* protocol rule change risk;
* technical update risk;
* API change risk;
* unexpected protocol behavior risk;
* liquidation risk;
* loss of funds risk.

Astra Terminal does not control Hyperliquid, does not operate Hyperliquid, and cannot guarantee the correct, continuous, secure, or profitable operation of Hyperliquid.

The User uses Hyperliquid through Astra Terminal solely at their own risk.

### 9. Experimental Nature of Technologies

The User understands that blockchain technologies, DeFi protocols, perpetual trading, smart contracts, Telegram integrations, AI tools, API infrastructure, and related technologies are relatively new, complex, and potentially experimental.

Such technologies may contain:

* errors;
* bugs;
* vulnerabilities;
* unexpected mechanics;
* scaling issues;
* compatibility issues;
* security issues;
* calculation errors;
* display errors;
* delays;
* technical failures;
* critical malfunctions.

The User accepts all risks associated with the use of experimental technologies.

Astra Terminal does not guarantee that the Service, Hyperliquid, Telegram, wallets, third-party APIs, blockchain networks, or any other infrastructure components will operate without errors, delays, vulnerabilities, or interruptions.

### 10. No Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

Astra Terminal does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice.

Any information displayed in Astra Terminal, including:

* charts;
* market data;
* prices;
* positions;
* statistics;
* notifications;
* analytical data;
* technical analysis;
* AI comments;
* historical data;
* interface tips;
* activity data;
* any other information,

is provided solely for informational and technical purposes.

No information in Astra Terminal constitutes:

* investment advice;
* financial advice;
* a trading signal;
* a recommendation to buy any asset;
* a recommendation to sell any asset;
* a recommendation to open a position;
* a recommendation to close a position;
* a guarantee of profitability;
* a promise of profit;
* individualized advice.

The User must independently assess all risks and, where necessary, consult independent professional advisors.

### 11. AI Tools Disclaimer / TrueNorth

Astra Terminal may provide access to AI tools, including the analytical AI assistant **TrueNorth**.

TrueNorth may be intended for market analysis, technical analysis, explanation of market structure, display of possible scenarios, generation of analytical commentary, data processing, educational materials, and other informational support.

TrueNorth is not:

* a financial advisor;
* an investment advisor;
* a broker;
* a dealer;
* an asset manager;
* a portfolio manager;
* a trading bot;
* a provider of guaranteed trading signals;
* a guarantor of profit.

Information provided by TrueNorth, including technical analysis, market scenarios, comments, possible levels, ideas, conclusions, explanations, and forecasts, is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

TrueNorth may be wrong.

AI-generated responses may contain:

* inaccuracies;
* incomplete data;
* outdated information;
* incorrect conclusions;
* incorrect market interpretation;
* incorrect technical analysis;
* false signals;
* incorrect scenarios;
* technical errors;
* AI-generated inaccuracies.

Astra Terminal does not guarantee:

* the accuracy of TrueNorth;
* the completeness of TrueNorth;
* the timeliness of TrueNorth;
* the profitability of decisions made based on TrueNorth;
* the success of any strategies;
* the correctness of forecasts;
* the correspondence of AI responses to the actual market situation.

TrueNorth does not execute trades on behalf of the User.

TrueNorth does not sign transactions.

TrueNorth does not manage User funds.

TrueNorth does not open or close positions without the User’s independent action.

The User independently makes any trading decisions, even if such decisions are made after viewing analysis, commentary, ideas, or suggestions generated by TrueNorth.

The User bears full responsibility for any losses, liquidations, errors, loss of funds, or other consequences arising from the use of TrueNorth or reliance on AI analytics.

### 12. Statistics and Usage Analytics

Astra Terminal may collect limited technical, product, and analytical statistics related to the use of the Service.

Such statistics may include:

* number of users;
* number of active users;
* trading activity;
* frequency of feature usage;
* activity of individual features;
* technical events;
* interface errors;
* performance data;
* engagement data;
* aggregated activity metrics;
* information about which features are used more or less frequently.

Such data is used for:

* improving Astra Terminal;
* analyzing load;
* diagnosing errors;
* product development;
* improving user experience;
* identifying technical issues;
* understanding user activity;
* developing analytical and interface features.

Astra Terminal does not use such statistics to gain control over User funds.

Astra Terminal does not obtain private keys, seed phrases, or access to wallets through the collection of statistics.

The processing of data is governed in more detail by the separate **Astra Terminal Privacy Policy**.

### 13. Telegram Risks

Astra Terminal operates through Telegram or may be integrated with Telegram.

Telegram is a third-party service that is not controlled by Astra Terminal.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for:

* Telegram failures;
* Telegram outages;
* Telegram API restrictions;
* deletion of the User’s Telegram account;
* compromise of the User’s Telegram account;
* phishing messages;
* fake Telegram bots;
* fake channels;
* fake support accounts;
* malicious links;
* social engineering;
* unauthorized access;
* third-party actions within Telegram.

The User is solely responsible for securing their Telegram account, including enabling two-factor authentication, verifying official links, protecting their device, and exercising caution when interacting with any bots, channels, messages, or links.

### 14. User Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for:

* using Astra Terminal;
* complying with the laws of their jurisdiction;
* all signed transactions;
* all trading decisions;
* all opened positions;
* all closed positions;
* all approvals and permissions;
* all wallet actions;
* all actions on Hyperliquid;
* all actions on Pocket Exchange;
* all actions on Telegram;
* the security of their device;
* the security of their wallet;
* the security of their Telegram account;
* the safekeeping of private keys;
* the safekeeping of seed phrases;
* the correctness of entered data;
* tax consequences;
* financial consequences;
* legal consequences.

The User agrees not to use Astra Terminal:

* for illegal purposes;
* for money laundering;
* for terrorist financing;
* to evade sanctions;
* for fraud;
* for hacking;
* to attack infrastructure;
* to violate the rights of third parties;
* to manipulate markets;
* to distribute malware;
* to abuse APIs;
* to interfere with the operation of the Service;
* if the use of digital assets, DeFi, derivatives, or similar instruments is prohibited in the User’s jurisdiction.

### 15. Restricted Jurisdictions and Legal Compliance

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of Astra Terminal, Hyperliquid, digital assets, derivatives, perpetual futures, USDC, third-party exchange services, and other related tools is permitted under the laws of their country or territory.

Astra Terminal does not guarantee that the Service is available or lawful in all jurisdictions.

The User may not use Astra Terminal if such use violates:

* local law;
* financial regulations;
* sanctions restrictions;
* AML/KYC rules;
* tax law requirements;
* digital asset regulations;
* derivatives restrictions;
* DeFi protocol restrictions.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for the User’s violation of the laws of their jurisdiction.

### 16. Taxes

The User is solely responsible for determining, calculating, reporting, and paying any taxes, fees, duties, or other mandatory payments related to the use of Astra Terminal, Hyperliquid, digital assets, trading operations, income, losses, exchange operations, withdrawals, or other actions.

Astra Terminal does not provide tax advice.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for the tax consequences of the User’s actions.

### 17. No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of Astra Terminal does not create between the User and Astra Terminal:

* fiduciary relationships;
* trust management relationships;
* agency relationships;
* brokerage relationships;
* partnership;
* joint venture;
* investment advisory relationships;
* representative relationships.

Astra Terminal does not act in the User’s interests as a financial representative, advisor, manager, broker, or agent.

The User makes all decisions independently.

### 18. No Duty to Monitor

Astra Terminal has no obligation to:

* monitor User actions;
* analyze User trading decisions;
* warn the User about potential losses;
* notify the User about liquidation risk;
* verify the legality of User transactions;
* control the origin of User funds;
* prevent User errors;
* prevent User losses;
* monitor third-party actions;
* verify the correctness of trading strategies;
* correct User actions;
* assess suitability or appropriateness of User operations.

Any notifications, tips, warnings, or interface messages, if provided, are purely technical and informational and do not create any obligation for Astra Terminal to prevent User losses.

### 19. Availability of the Service

Astra Terminal is provided on an **“as is”** and **“as available”** basis.

Astra Terminal does not guarantee:

* uninterrupted operation of the Service;
* absence of errors;
* absence of bugs;
* absence of delays;
* absence of vulnerabilities;
* compatibility with a specific device;
* compatibility with a specific wallet;
* availability of Telegram;
* availability of Hyperliquid;
* availability of Pocket Exchange;
* availability of APIs;
* availability of blockchain networks;
* correctness of displayed data;
* accuracy of quotes;
* timeliness of notifications;
* successful order execution;
* absence of losses.

Astra Terminal may at any time:

* change functionality;
* restrict access;
* suspend operation;
* discontinue support for certain features;
* change the interface;
* disable sections;
* change operating logic;
* introduce new terms;
* discontinue the Service in whole or in part.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for any consequences of unavailability, changes, restrictions, or termination of the Service.

### 20. Interface Errors and Data

Astra Terminal may display market data, positions, prices, orders, fees, balances, statistics, charts, notifications, analytical indicators, and other information.

Such data may come from third-party sources, including Hyperliquid, API providers, blockchain networks, third-party services, and other sources.

Astra Terminal does not guarantee that displayed data is always accurate, complete, up to date, or free from errors.

The User must independently verify important data through official sources, their wallet, Hyperliquid, blockchain explorers, or other independent sources.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for losses arising from:

* balance display errors;
* position display errors;
* price display errors;
* delayed data;
* incorrect charts;
* incorrect notifications;
* calculation errors;
* incorrect statistics;
* technical interface failures.

### 21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astra Terminal disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

* fitness for a particular purpose;
* merchantability;
* reliability;
* security;
* accuracy;
* uninterrupted operation;
* profitability;
* compliance with User expectations;
* absence of errors;
* absence of vulnerabilities;
* compatibility;
* availability.

The User uses Astra Terminal solely at their own risk.

### 22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astra Terminal, its owners, developers, administrators, employees, contractors, representatives, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims, including:

* loss of funds;
* loss of profit;
* lost opportunity;
* trading losses;
* liquidations;
* erroneous transactions;
* incorrect signatures;
* incorrect approvals;
* loss of wallet access;
* loss of private keys;
* loss of seed phrase;
* compromise of Telegram account;
* device compromise;
* phishing;
* malware;
* Hyperliquid errors;
* Pocket Exchange errors;
* Telegram errors;
* wallet errors;
* API errors;
* blockchain network errors;
* oracle errors;
* smart contract failures;
* validator actions;
* execution delays;
* order non-execution;
* partial order execution;
* interface display errors;
* Service unavailability;
* third-party service unavailability;
* actions of government authorities;
* sanctions restrictions;
* changes in law;
* tax consequences;
* any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether Astra Terminal or any related persons were advised of the possibility of such losses.

### 23. Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astra Terminal, its owners, developers, administrators, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, penalties, expenses, legal fees, and other liabilities arising from:

* the User’s violation of these Terms;
* the User’s violation of law;
* the User’s use of Astra Terminal;
* the User’s use of Hyperliquid;
* the User’s use of Pocket Exchange;
* the User’s use of Telegram;
* the User’s use of wallets;
* the User’s trading decisions;
* transactions signed by the User;
* the User’s actions or omissions;
* third-party claims related to the User’s actions.

### 24. Intellectual Property

All elements of Astra Terminal, including design, interface, texts, logic, structure, software code, visual elements, trading panels, analytical elements, names, logos, documentation, materials, databases, graphical elements, and other components, belong to Astra Terminal or are used lawfully.

The User may not, without prior written permission:

* copy Astra Terminal;
* modify Astra Terminal;
* decompile Astra Terminal;
* reproduce the interface;
* use the Astra Terminal brand;
* distribute Astra Terminal materials;
* create derivative products based on Astra Terminal;
* bypass technical restrictions;
* violate intellectual property rights.

The User may use Astra Terminal only within the functionality provided by the Service.

### 25. Feedback and Suggestions

If the User sends Astra Terminal ideas, suggestions, feedback, comments, improvements, bug reports, or other materials, the User agrees that Astra Terminal may use such materials without any restrictions, payment obligations, or need for additional consent.

Such materials are not considered confidential unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

### 26. Force Majeure

Astra Terminal is not responsible for failure or improper performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

* internet failures;
* data center failures;
* Telegram failures;
* Hyperliquid failures;
* Pocket Exchange failures;
* blockchain network failures;
* hacker attacks;
* DDoS attacks;
* wars;
* sanctions;
* actions of government authorities;
* blocking of services;
* changes in law;
* natural disasters;
* fires;
* accidents;
* power outages;
* mass technical failures;
* vulnerabilities of third-party protocols;
* other force majeure circumstances.

### 27. Dispute Resolution

The User agrees that any disputes, claims, or disagreements related to Astra Terminal, these Terms, use of the Service, trading operations, third-party services, or any related circumstances shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

The User agrees that any claims may be brought only on an individual basis.

The User waives participation in class actions, collective proceedings, representative actions, and similar procedures to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If applicable law requires mandatory court or arbitration proceedings, such procedure shall apply only to the extent required by law.

### 28. Changes to These Terms

Astra Terminal may change these Terms at any time.

The updated version of the Terms becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated in the updated version.

Continued use of Astra Terminal after publication of updated Terms means that the User agrees to the new version.

The User is responsible for periodically reviewing the current version of these Terms.

### 29. Termination of Access

Astra Terminal may at any time and without prior notice restrict, suspend, or terminate the User’s access to the Service in whole or in part if Astra Terminal considers it necessary, including in cases of:

* violation of these Terms;
* violation of law;
* abuse of the Service;
* suspicious activity;
* technical necessity;
* security requirements;
* legal requirements;
* requirements of government authorities;
* discontinuation of certain features.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for any consequences of restriction, suspension, or termination of access.

### 30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be interpreted or replaced in a manner that most closely preserves the original meaning and purpose of these Terms.

### 31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with related Astra Terminal documents, including the **Privacy Policy** and **Risk & Legal Disclosure**, constitute the full set of terms governing the use of Astra Terminal.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other Astra Terminal materials, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

### 33. Final User Acknowledgement

By using Astra Terminal, the User confirms that they understand and accept the following:

* Astra Terminal is solely an interface;
* Astra Terminal is not an exchange, broker, bank, exchange service, custodian, or financial advisor;
* Astra Terminal does not custody User funds;
* Astra Terminal has no access to User private keys, seed phrases, or wallets;
* Astra Terminal cannot sign transactions on behalf of the User;
* all transactions and actions are signed by the User independently;
* the User independently grants wallet permissions and bears full responsibility for all signed transactions;
* Astra Terminal is an independent interface for interacting with Hyperliquid;
* Astra Terminal does not control Hyperliquid;
* Astra Terminal does not control Pocket Exchange;
* links or buttons redirecting to Pocket Exchange are solely links to a third-party service;
* Astra Terminal does not participate in buying, selling, or exchanging USDC through Pocket Exchange;
* trading digital assets and perpetual futures involves high risk;
* the User may lose all of their funds;
* TrueNorth and any AI features are solely informational and analytical tools;
* AI analysis is not financial advice;
* the User independently makes all trading decisions;
* the User uses Astra Terminal solely at their own risk.

If the User does not agree with any of the above provisions, the User must immediately stop using Astra Terminal.
