In this Policy, the terms **“Astra Terminal,” “Service,” “Platform,” “Interface,” “we,” “us,”** and **“our”** refer to Astra Terminal and the persons involved in the development, support, administration, and provision of the Service.

The terms **“User,” “you,”** and **“your”** refer to any person who accesses Astra Terminal, uses the Telegram bot, connects a wallet, interacts with the interface, uses AI features, views documentation, follows third-party links, or otherwise interacts with Astra Terminal.

By using Astra Terminal, the User confirms that they have read this Policy, understand its terms, and agree to the processing of data to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service.

If the User does not agree with this Policy, the User must stop using Astra Terminal.

Astra Terminal respects the privacy of Users and aims to process data only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service, security, improvement of user experience, analysis of technical activity, and compliance with legal obligations where such obligations apply.

Astra Terminal is a non-custodial interface for interacting with Hyperliquid through Telegram and related technical interfaces.

Astra Terminal is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodial service, payment operator, or exchange service.

Astra Terminal does not store User funds, does not manage User funds, and does not have access to private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases.

This Policy does not govern the processing of data by third-party services, including Hyperliquid, Telegram, Pocket Exchange, wallets, RPC/API providers, blockchain explorers, and other external platforms.

The User is responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of the relevant third-party services.

This Policy applies to data that may be processed when using:

* the Astra Terminal Telegram bot;
* the Astra Terminal Telegram Mini App;
* the Astra Terminal trading interface;
* Astra Terminal analytical features;
* Astra Terminal notifications;
* AI features, including TrueNorth;
* Astra Terminal GitBook documentation;
* the official Astra Terminal website;
* support pages;
* integrations with Hyperliquid;
* buttons and links to third-party services;
* other features related to Astra Terminal.

This Policy does not apply to websites, applications, protocols, wallets, blockchains, exchange services, bots, platforms, or services of third parties, even if access to them is made through a button, link, or integration within Astra Terminal.

Depending on how Astra Terminal is used, we may collect or receive different categories of data.

The amount and type of data depend on which features the User uses.

### 4. Telegram Data

Because Astra Terminal operates through Telegram or may be integrated with Telegram, when interacting with the Telegram bot or Telegram Mini App, we may receive data that Telegram provides through its technical infrastructure.

Such data may include:

* Telegram User ID;
* Telegram chat ID;
* username;
* profile name;
* public display name;
* interface language;
* information about interactions with the bot;
* commands sent to the bot;
* button clicks;
* callback data;
* Telegram API technical events;
* date and time of interaction;
* session information related to bot interaction;
* messages sent by the User directly to the official Astra Terminal bot.

Astra Terminal does not have access to the User’s private Telegram conversations unless such messages were sent directly to the official Astra Terminal bot.

Astra Terminal does not receive the User’s Telegram password.

Astra Terminal does not control Telegram and is not responsible for Telegram’s processing of data as an independent third-party service.

### 5. Wallet and Blockchain Data

When using features related to wallets, Hyperliquid, blockchain networks, or trading infrastructure, Astra Terminal may receive or display data related to the User’s public blockchain activity.

Such data may include:

* public wallet address;
* public blockchain transactions;
* transaction hashes;
* message signature data;
* order data;
* position data;
* public trading activity;
* history of interactions with protocols;
* protocol-level deposit and withdrawal data;
* fee data;
* trading pair data;
* liquidation data;
* margin data;
* balance data available through third-party infrastructure;
* data received from Hyperliquid, RPC/API providers, or blockchain networks.

The User understands that blockchain data may be public, immutable, and accessible to third parties by its nature, independently of Astra Terminal.

Astra Terminal does not control the public nature of blockchain data and cannot delete, hide, modify, or revoke data already recorded on a blockchain or published in the infrastructure of a third-party protocol.

### 6. Trading and Product Statistics

Astra Terminal may collect limited statistics related to the use of the Service.

Such statistics may include:

* number of Users;
* number of active Users;
* frequency of feature usage;
* trading activity;
* activity level of individual Users;
* aggregated activity metrics;
* number of visits to specific sections;
* interface section usage;
* button usage;
* notification usage;
* User return frequency;
* data about which features are used more or less often;
* technical event data;
* error data;
* interface performance data.

Such statistics may be used for:

* analyzing Service performance;
* improving user experience;
* understanding which features are in demand;
* diagnosing errors;
* analyzing load;
* product development;
* improving the interface;
* preventing abuse;
* ensuring security.

Astra Terminal may analyze which Users are more active or less active solely for product analytics, Service improvement, internal statistics, support, feature development, and understanding audience activity.

Astra Terminal does not use statistics to gain control over User funds.

Astra Terminal does not obtain private keys, seed phrases, or access to wallets through the collection of statistics.

When using Astra Terminal, we may automatically receive technical data.

Such data may include:

* IP address;
* device type;
* browser type;
* operating system;
* interface language;
* time zone;
* technical identifiers;
* session ID;
* connection data;
* date and time of requests;
* referral URLs;
* click data;
* performance data;
* crash logs;
* error logs;
* server logs;
* API logs;
* data on successful and unsuccessful requests;
* information about suspicious activity;
* information necessary to protect against abuse.

Technical data may be used for:

* ensuring Service functionality;
* diagnosing errors;
* preventing abuse;
* protecting infrastructure;
* analyzing performance;
* improving stability;
* identifying technical issues;
* ensuring the security of Users and the Service.

If the User contacts Astra Terminal support or communicates with us through official channels, we may process data voluntarily provided by the User.

* Telegram username;
* Telegram User ID;

* content of the request;
* screenshots;

* public wallet address;
* transaction data;
* error description;
* support conversation history;
* additional information voluntarily provided by the User.

The User must not provide Astra Terminal with private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, two-factor authentication codes, bank card details, or other sensitive information.

Astra Terminal never asks for the User’s seed phrase or private key.

If the User voluntarily provides such information, the User does so at their own risk.

### 9. AI Data and TrueNorth

Astra Terminal may provide AI features, including the analytical AI assistant **TrueNorth**.

When using TrueNorth or other AI features, we may process data related to User prompts and AI responses.

Such data may include:

* User text prompts;
* selected markets;
* trading pairs;
* analysis context;
* public market data;
* technical request parameters;
* generated AI responses;
* information about frequency of AI feature usage;
* response quality ratings, if such functionality is provided;
* technical logs of AI interactions.

Such data may be used for:

* providing AI features;
* generating analytical responses;
* improving the quality of AI tools;
* diagnosing errors;
* preventing abuse;
* ensuring security;
* analyzing load;
* developing TrueNorth functionality.

The User must not provide TrueNorth with private keys, seed phrases, passwords, personal documents, banking data, or other sensitive information.

TrueNorth is an informational and analytical tool and does not require access to the User’s private keys, seed phrases, or funds.

If AI features are provided using third-party AI providers, certain prompt data may be transferred to such providers only to the extent necessary to provide AI features, ensure security, diagnose issues, and improve quality.

Astra Terminal does not guarantee that AI responses will be free from errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The legal terms of use for TrueNorth are additionally governed by the Terms of Service and Risk & Legal Disclosure.

### 10. Data Related to Pocket Exchange

The Astra Terminal interface may include sections such as **“Deposit,” “Withdraw,” “Buy USDC,” “Sell USDC,”** or similar sections containing a button or link to the third-party service **Pocket Exchange**.

Astra Terminal may technically record the fact that a button was clicked or that a link to Pocket Exchange was followed for analytics, diagnostics, security, or understanding interface usage.

Astra Terminal does not own Pocket Exchange.

Astra Terminal:

* does not operate Pocket Exchange;
* does not control Pocket Exchange;
* does not process bank cards;
* does not accept fiat payments;
* does not sell USDC;
* does not buy USDC;
* does not exchange currencies;
* does not conduct Pocket Exchange’s KYC/AML procedures;
* does not control Pocket Exchange’s data processing;
* is not responsible for Pocket Exchange’s privacy policy.

After accessing Pocket Exchange, the User interacts with an independent third-party service.

Any data that the User provides to Pocket Exchange is processed by Pocket Exchange in accordance with its own documents, rules, and policies.

The User is responsible for reviewing Pocket Exchange’s privacy policy before using the corresponding service.

Astra Terminal, its web interfaces, Mini App, website, documentation, or related services may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, analytics identifiers, and similar technologies.

Such technologies may be used for:

* improving interface operation;
* ensuring security;
* preventing abuse;
* analyzing feature usage;
* diagnosing errors;
* saving interface language;
* supporting authorization;
* improving performance.

The User may restrict the use of cookies or similar technologies through browser or device settings.

However, some Astra Terminal features may work incorrectly or become unavailable if such technologies are disabled.

Astra Terminal intentionally does not collect or store:

* private keys;
* seed phrases;
* recovery phrases;
* wallet passwords;
* two-factor authentication codes;
* bank card details;
* PIN codes;
* access to User funds;
* internal custodial balances;
* identity documents, unless expressly required by a separate feature and clearly stated;
* biometric data;
* the content of the User’s private Telegram conversations outside interaction with the official Astra Terminal bot;
* data that would allow Astra Terminal to independently control the User’s funds.

Astra Terminal has no technical ability to gain control over the User’s assets, provided that the Service architecture is used in accordance with the declared non-custodial principle.

The User must not provide Astra Terminal with any information that may grant access to their funds.

Astra Terminal may receive data from the following sources:

* directly from the User;
* through Telegram;
* through a connected wallet;
* from public blockchain networks;
* from Hyperliquid;
* from RPC/API providers;

Some data may be generated automatically when using the Service, such as technical logs, interface events, usage statistics, and performance data.

Astra Terminal does not use data to gain access to User funds.

Astra Terminal does not sell Users’ personal data.

Astra Terminal does not transfer private keys, seed phrases, or access to funds, because Astra Terminal does not collect or store such data.

Such services may include:

* Hyperliquid;
* Pocket Exchange;
* Telegram;

* AI providers;
* hosting providers;
* third-party websites.

Astra Terminal does not control how third-party services collect, use, store, or disclose User data.

The User uses third-party services at their own risk and is responsible for reviewing their privacy policies and terms of use.

### 18. Blockchain Transparency Disclaimer

The User understands that blockchain networks and DeFi infrastructure may be public, transparent, and immutable.

This means that certain data may be publicly accessible, including:

* wallet addresses;
* transactions;
* transaction hashes;
* smart contract interactions;
* asset transfers;
* public positions;
* orders;
* liquidations;
* trading activity;
* history of protocol interactions.

Astra Terminal does not control the public nature of blockchain data.

Astra Terminal cannot delete or modify data already published on a blockchain, recorded in a protocol, or available through third-party blockchain explorers.

The User should understand that linking a public wallet address to a Telegram account, username, public activity, or other identifiers may reduce the User’s level of privacy.

Astra Terminal may create, use, and store aggregated, anonymized, or statistical data.

Such data may include:

* total number of Users;
* total number of active Users;
* aggregated trading activity;
* aggregated feature usage statistics;
* average activity metrics;
* anonymized performance data;
* anonymized error data;
* aggregated product metrics.

Such data is not intended to directly identify a specific User.

Astra Terminal may use aggregated or anonymized data for:

* analytics;
* product development;
* public statistics;
* internal reports;
* presentations;
* feature improvement;
* infrastructure optimization;
* product performance assessment.

Astra Terminal stores data only for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law, technical necessity, security, dispute resolution, or protection of Astra Terminal’s rights.

* data held by Hyperliquid;

* data held by wallets;
* data held by third-party providers if Astra Terminal does not control such data;
* data that must be retained by law;
* data necessary for security, abuse investigation, or protection of Astra Terminal’s rights.

Deletion of data may result in limitation or inability to further use certain Astra Terminal features.

* vulnerabilities of third-party providers;

The User uses Astra Terminal with an understanding of these risks.

The User is solely responsible for the security of:

* their device;
* their Telegram account;
* their wallet;
* private keys;
* seed phrases;
* recovery phrases;
* passwords;
* API keys;
* confirmation codes;
* two-factor authentication;

* access to third-party services.

The User agrees to:

* not share their seed phrase with third parties;
* not share private keys with third parties;
* not send their seed phrase in Telegram;
* not send their seed phrase to support;
* verify official Astra Terminal links;
* avoid phishing websites;
* use two-factor authentication;
* protect their device from malware;
* not trust fake bots, channels, or support accounts;
* independently verify all actions before signing.

Astra Terminal is not responsible for loss of data or funds caused by User actions, device compromise, phishing, social engineering, malware, fake services, or actions of third parties.

### 26. Children and Minors

Astra Terminal is not intended for use by persons who have not reached the age required to lawfully use digital assets, DeFi protocols, derivatives, perpetual futures, or similar financial instruments in their jurisdiction.

By using Astra Terminal, the User confirms that they have the necessary legal capacity and authority to use the Service.

Astra Terminal does not knowingly target the Service to children.

If Astra Terminal becomes aware that data of a minor has been collected without necessary consent or in violation of applicable law, Astra Terminal may take steps to delete such data, where technically possible and legally permitted.

Continued use of Astra Terminal after publication of the updated Policy means that the User agrees to the new version.

If changes are material, Astra Terminal may, but is not obligated to, notify Users through Telegram, GitBook, website, interface, or other official channels.

* Astra Terminal does not collect seed phrases;
* Astra Terminal does not gain access to User funds;
* Astra Terminal does not process bank cards;
* Astra Terminal does not own or operate Pocket Exchange;
* accessing Pocket Exchange means accessing an independent third-party service;
* TrueNorth and AI features may process User prompts and technical data necessary for AI functionality;
* the User must not provide AI tools, support, or the Telegram bot with private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other sensitive information;
* Astra Terminal takes reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute data protection;
* the User is solely responsible for the security of their device, Telegram account, and wallet;
* using Astra Terminal means agreeing to this Policy.

If the User does not agree with this Policy, the User must stop using Astra Terminal.
